職位描述：

　　工作職責(zé)：

　　1、負(fù)責(zé)公司日常接待，如客戶電話，訪客接待等，

　　2、收發(fā)信件、包裹、文件等;

　　3、負(fù)責(zé)辦公室的日常供應(yīng)狀況(如文具，飲用水，及其他消耗品)。

　　任職資格：

　　1、大三及大四在校生，專業(yè)不限;

　　2、具備良好的英語口語溝通技能。

　　KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

　　- Provide reception service in a proper manner, such as customer calls, visitor registration, etc.

　　- Send and receive letters, parcels, documents, etc;

　　- Check routine office supply status (ie. stationery, drinking water, and other consumables).

　　JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

　　- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

　　- have good English communication skills.
