澳大利亞健康與體育課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀

  摘 要:通過對(duì)澳大利亞2016版健康與體育課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文本的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)以下特征:強(qiáng)調(diào)健康素養(yǎng)的培育,重視個(gè)人、社會(huì)及群體的健康促進(jìn);突出課程重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,重視課程內(nèi)容體系的縱向銜接、橫向貫通和均衡發(fā)展;強(qiáng)調(diào)成就標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與課程內(nèi)容的協(xié)調(diào)銜接,增強(qiáng)評(píng)價(jià)的可操作性;重視通用素養(yǎng)與跨課程重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域的滲透,促進(jìn)學(xué)生多種能力的培養(yǎng);重視教育公平,關(guān)注學(xué)生差異性及其多樣化的學(xué)習(xí)需求。對(duì)我國(guó)義務(wù)教育體育與健康課程改革的啟示為:協(xié)調(diào)學(xué)生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)與體育學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的關(guān)系,注重推動(dòng)學(xué)生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)在體育與健康學(xué)科中的落實(shí);采取優(yōu)勢(shì)取向方式,促進(jìn)每個(gè)學(xué)生的發(fā)展;凸顯課程重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,優(yōu)化課程內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)體系;完善學(xué)業(yè)成就標(biāo)準(zhǔn),增強(qiáng)評(píng)價(jià)可操作性。

  Interpretation of Australia Curriculum: Health and Physical Education

  Abstract: By analyzing the text of Australia Curriculum: Health and Physical Education (F-10) version 8.2 (ACHPE), the authors found that ACHPE has the following characteristics: it emphasizes health attainment cultivation, values the health promotion of individuals, society and groups, highlights curriculum key contents, values the longitudinal connection, transversal penetration and balanced development of curriculum content systems, emphasizes achievement standards and their coordinated connection to curriculum contents, enhances evaluation operability, values the penetration of general attainments into cross-curriculum key areas, promotes the cultivation of students’ multiple abilities, values education fairness, pays attention to students’ differences and their diversified learning needs. ACHPE’s inspirations to compulsory physical education and health curriculum reform in China are as follows: coordinate the relationship between core attainments for student development and physical education disciplinary core attainments, focus on boosting the implementation of core attainments for student development in the physical education and health discipline; adopt advantageous orientation ways, promote the development of every student; highlight curriculum key contents, optimize the curriculum content structure system; perfect academic achievement standards, enhance evaluation operability.

  澳大利亞于2008年頒布《墨爾本宣言》并確立“促進(jìn)公平,追求卓越”和“使所有澳大利亞青少年成為成功的學(xué)習(xí)者、自信且富有創(chuàng)造力的個(gè)體以及積極明智的公民”兩大教育目標(biāo)。為達(dá)成上述教育目標(biāo),《墨爾本宣言》將學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)、技能和理解力以及通用素養(yǎng)(general capabilities)和跨課程的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域(cross curriculum priorities)作為國(guó)家課程設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ),從此拉開澳大利亞基于核心素養(yǎng)的課程改革帷幕。經(jīng)過7年的研制,2015年9月澳大利亞頒布了義務(wù)教育階段第1個(gè)全國(guó)性課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),作為澳大利亞國(guó)家課程八大學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域之一的健康與體育課程也頒布了《澳大利亞課程:健康與體育(F-10)7.5版》。2016年6月澳大利亞教育委員會(huì)又通過了《澳大利亞課程:健康與體育(F-10)8.2版》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》),精簡(jiǎn)了課程內(nèi)容和成就標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的呈現(xiàn)方式,增強(qiáng)了對(duì)素養(yǎng)的關(guān)注且提升了課程的可管理性[1]。
