摘   要：目的  探討中藥足浴聯(lián)合硫辛酸治療后對糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變（DPN）患者自覺癥狀及神經(jīng)傳導速度的影響。方法  選取2015年3月～2017年3月在我科住院的糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變患者56例，隨機分為治療組（n=30）和對照組（n=26）。兩組均行常規(guī)降糖治療，對照組單用甲鈷胺注射液治療，治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上使用中藥足浴聯(lián)合硫辛酸注射液治療，觀察治療前后兩組患者臨床療效以及腓總神經(jīng)感覺傳導速度（SMCV）和運動傳導速度（MNCV）。結(jié)果  治療組總有效率為86.67%，高于對照組的42.31%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者MNCV和SMCV均高于治療前，治療組MNCV和SMCV分別為（40.7±3.3）m/s和（44.6±3.1）m/s，均高于對照組的（36.2±2.5）m/s和（39.2±2.5）m/s，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論  中藥泡足聯(lián)合硫辛酸治療糖尿病周圍神經(jīng)病變療效滿意，可改善患者的自覺癥狀，可以推廣運用。

　　Abstract：Objective  To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with lipoic acid on the conscious symptoms and nerve conduction velocity of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Methods  56 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy hospitalized in our department from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group（n=30）and the control group（n=26）.The two groups were treated with conventional hypoglycemic therapy，while the control group were treated with mecobalamin injection alone.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with lipoic acid injection on this basis.The clinical efficacy and the sensory conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve（SMCV） and motor conduction velocity（MNCV）were observed before and after treatment.Results  The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%，which was higher than that of the control group 42.31%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After the treatment，the MNCV and SMCV of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment.The MNCV and SMCV of the treatment group were（40.7±3.3）m/ s and（44.6±3.1）m/ s respectively，which were higher than those of the control group which is（36.2±2.5）m/s and （39.2±2.5）m/ s，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  The effect of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is satisfactory.It can improve the patients" conscious symptoms and can be popularized.
